BIG loop finished

The outer loop at SMP is open and ready for runners, cyclists, and whatever. I hit the trip meter and got 7.5 miles in my Toyota for a look see..

Ella's Run 5 K 10/25/2008

I got lucky and popped off an age group ( 60-99 ) first. We had about 3/4 mile off road wet and muddy terrain in mid race. Some good hills slowed us down. My time was 28:11, not great but ok this day. Joanna next to me was first in the 30-39 age group with a 27:10.

My next event is Ella's Run on 10 / 25. Let me know what you are doing and how you did.
